The OEE value (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and the associated data on availability and performance are calculated automatically and written to the database every minute.
Once the job is completed, the quality factor is added to determine the final OEE value.
The OEE curve can be called up in real time just 10 minutes after the job starts.

The virtual shift book is used to fully document the processes on the production machine. Instead of laboriously recording everything with pen and paper as in the past, Sniffi Dog now takes over this task for you. You can add additional comments to each entry, making the entire shift transparent and traceable.

All alarms are automatically written to the database, including specific “No label station 3” errors.

The alarms are cumulated by time and frequency and clearly displayed, giving you a clear overview of which alarm is causing performance losses

The Lean Dog sensor on the production machine

The Lean Dog process interface is the interface between your production machine and the server. It also provides a comprehensive overview of all important statuses and completely replaces the traditional traffic light function.

The device always displays the current quantity and indicates different statuses using specific    colors:

- White: No order registered.

- Green: The order is active and the production machine is working properly.

- Orange: Warning - no more pieces have been produced for an adjustable warning time.

- Red: Either there is an external error or no more pieces have been produced beyond an adjustable error time.

- Blue: The system is in cleaning mode.

Many other states can also be configured.
